If your pet is very territorial and does not like to change its place of residence or is stressed and does not like being with a large number of unknown animals (e.g. in a pet hotel), we will be happy to come to your home and take care of its needs, just as you would do alone.
The pet stays in its own home, which it knows and where it feels comfortable and safe, and at the same time, on behalf of the owner, we take care of its appropriate amount of exercise, meeting its physiological needs and regular feeding.
Pet sitting and benefits:
- Your pet stays at home – sleeps in its own bed and eats meals in its own kitchen. It stays in a familiar place and does not lose his sense of security.
- It’s less stressful – you don’t have to transport it and leave it in an unknown place, full of strange smells and sounds. For most pets, this is the least stressful form of care.
- Gratitude from friends – you don’t involve family or friends and don’t strain their patience. Even the most understanding friends can feel overwhelmed by caring for your pet if it happens too often or takes too long.
- Convenience – if something unexpected happens to you, you stay at work longer or you have a business trip or a weekend trip, you don’t have the slightest problem – just call us and the problem is solved.
What are the responsibilities of a pet sitter:
- Feeding and water replacement.
- Playing and being active with the pet, e.g. walking, stroking, throwing balls, playing with kittens with a fishing rod, keeping company.
- Cleaning after play, cleaning litter boxes and other waste, washing bowls, cleaning the most dirty areas near bowls and litter boxes.
- Administration of medications and supplements.
- Visits to the vet. (cost of travel and possible parking is covered by the owner)
If you would like us to groom your pet, we can also take care of that (bathing, drying and combing), this is an additional paid service available only for animals accustomed to being groomed.
Of course, the scope of duties will be determined individually.
An additional advantage of our visits is the fact that your house will not look abandoned. During your absence, we can also water the flowers, empty the mailbox or air the apartment.
