AGREEMENT AND REGULATIONS

COMPANY REGULATIONS

  • Our company ensures the care and safety of your pet placed under our care, included in the contract.
  • We undertake to take care of their needs to the extent that will be agreed individually with its owner.
  • Before deciding to entrust an animal to us, the owner is obliged to read these regulations in their entirety.
  • Pet care is provided on the basis of a signed individual contract “entrusting your pet to our care”.
  • Each person who entrusts an animal to our care undertakes to submit a current health certificate, a telephone contact number and a second contact telephone number.
  • The owner undertakes to complete the information form and provide true information about the animal they are entrusting to us.
  • Each person who gives us an animal under our care is obliged to submit a current health certificate or pet passport (vaccinations confirmation) as one of the basic conditions of cooperation.
  • The owner is obliged to provide all types of accessories (leash, collar and possibly a muzzle), dog poop bags, food, litter box, litter (in the case of cats), as well as any medicines, vitamins and care accessories.
  • For safety reasons, we do not take care of animals:
    • without a valid and up-to-date vaccinations confirmation
    • aggressive
  • If the animal is in heat, the owner is obliged to inform us about it, otherwise we are not responsible for any possible consequences.
  • If the animal is pregnant or breastfeeding, the owner should also notify us.
  • If the animal has recently undergone any surgery or is sick, the owner is obliged to inform us about it.
  • Holidays (Easter, Christmas), New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, holidays are agreed individually and require a 5% deposit.
  • Payment for care or walk is made by bank transfer or in cash in accordance with the current price list.
  • We have the right to refuse to provide care due to lack of available dates, or without giving a reason.
  • If the owner does not want the animal under our care to have contact with other animals during a walk (e.g. play with them), they must notify us about this.

OBLIGATIONS OF OWNERS

  • When entrusting their pet to us, the owner is aware and understands that animals may suffer accidental injuries or minor injuries while playing with other animals during walks, which is why the owner will not make any claims or claims related to this.
  • Items in the house (especially toys) may be damaged and the owner will not make any claims.

OTHER

  • In case of any need for veterinary intervention, the owner will be informed immediately. The cost of the entire veterinary visit and the need for treatment as well as travel to the vet and possible parking are covered by the owner.
  • In the event of a fatal event during our care, the body of the animal, upon request and in consultation with the owner, will be transferred to a designated veterinary clinic for an autopsy to determine the cause of the animal’s death. Its cost is covered by the owner. If the cause is revealed that is our fault, costs can be claimed from our insurer.
  • Our company is insured against all types of accidental causes.
  • The owner consents to the processing of his personal data only for the purposes necessary to perform activities related to the services he ordered from us.
  • In matters not described in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Law shall apply.
